The future world is in the hands of our young adults who are getting nurtured in our schools and colleges and we need to empower them at young bud to ensure a glittering world in 2030.
Children and adolescents are considered as an invaluable asset of any country. Life as a human is an amazing gift. But it is totally meaningless if it is not used properly with a right decision, goal and direction. It has been observed that many outstanding students fail in their future due to lack of a perfect direction and guidance at the right time. Even though we are living in the world of internet, our young generation is not yet availing its positive benefits.
The world has realized that the economic success of a country is directly determined by their education systems. Education is a Nation’s Strength. A developed nation is inevitably an educated Nation. Indian higher education system is the third largest in the world, next to the United States and China. Since independence, India as a developing nation is contentiously progressing in the education field. Although there have been lot of challenges to higher education system of India but equally have lot of opportunities to overcome these challenges and to make higher education system much better. It needs greater transparency and accountability, the role of colleges and universities in the new millennium, and emerging scientific research on how people learn is of utmost importance.

India provides highly skilled people to other countries therefore; it is very easy for India to transfer our country from a developing nation to a developed nation. Education is an important input both for the growth of the society as well as for the individual. Properly planned educational input can contribute to increase in the national gross products, cultural richness, build positive attitude towards technology, increase efficiency and effectiveness of the governance.
